About Us
The Center for Global Coordination of Culture and Art was established in 2003 by the international artists from Georgia Iliko Zautashvili, Niko Lomashvili and an initiator/curator Magda Guruli who were determined to support the development of contemporary art infrastructure in Georgia and the South Caucasus.

2003 – ‘7+7 More Transparent’, joint exhibition project with the Wings of Time, Baku
Azerbaijan. ‘Reportage from the South Caucasus’, Goethe Institute, photo exhibition within
the International Forum of Visual Arts, Caravansarai, Tbilisi 2003.
‘SOS – Art for Freedom’, Internet action dedicated to the Rose Revolution;
2004 – ‘More Transparent – Defundamentalization’, video-action supported by the
Goethe-Institute, Tbilisi, Georgia. ‘Neo Geo’, exhibition project, Art-Moscow, the Central House of Artist (NCCA), Moscow, Russia. ‘METAMORPH’, The Venice 9-th Architectural Biennale, co-organizer of the project ‘Art Villa Garikula’ presented by Georgia. ‘Double Bottom’, exhibition project, Goethe Institute, Club 22, Tbilisi Georgia. ‘Point of Intersection’, and ‘Life-n-Style’ non commercial exhibition projects within the ‘Art Caucasus 2004’, Tbilisi, Georgia. ‘Wind from the Caucasus’, International workshop Art-villa ‘Garikula’, residency centre, Georgia. Co-organizer of the Art Caucasus 2004.
2005 – ‘Beyond Stereotypes’ exhibition project, Art Caucasus 2005, Actual Art Convention,
