Hans, I love this. I've always loved your animated work. How do you make these - what software?
ReplyDeleteHi Ivan it's mainly made with Fireworks, it is a gif-animation, where different gif's lay as layers on top of each other, each layer get's his own time to show up. (in Fireworks they are called frames) They play after each other, for example frame 1 for 1/12 of a second, layer 2 also (or a different length) and so further. This particular animation plays 4 frames after each other in a loop. This gives endless possibilities to play with it, as every figure can have it's own state in every frame, its on place, size, color, shape. But it's mostly best to keep it simple.
