With stock holders selling their assets like wild, buying gold or houses instead (here in Georgia at least) one could expect some Extra Money floating into the Art World. As any currency is not really a safe haven I would propose to buy art, but not established Market artists, as their prices are also sinking, but to go on the wild discovery journey of the undervalued not yet discovered art. It should be a great game to bet on hidden masters pieces and see how these art will develop over the next 10 or 20 years. A great start I suggest on surfing these artists is Flickr and that works very well by browsing groups. Like how about the guys from (lets take the letter "N")

If you find an interesting artist it's often good to have a look at his contacts as well, as good art is somehow connected with each other ;-)
